Insulated Concrete Forms For Walls
Panels made of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) and Ties made of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) are used to create the forming for concrete. As the concrete fills the cavity it creates a solid, reinforced wall with 2-4 hour Fire Resistance Ratings (FRR). The Quad Lock forming system creates a solid, durable and low maintenance form solution which also provides high insulation values and significant energy savings for building owners.

A Range of R-Values
EPS is a very high quality insulation proven to withstand moisture over time. Using combinations of Quad Lock panels, you can achieve true R-Value anywhere between R22-R59. Panels come in a selection of types with various thickness and density.

Ties, Brackets and Bracing Solutions
The Quad Lock components allow allow easy assembly of the concrete forming. The Quad Lock ties are designed to ensure perfect alignment of the panels to form the cavity for the concrete. The system locks in the panels 4 ways and helps to secure corners, T-walls etc. It also provides additional strength in high pressure areas. This combined with the uniqute metal brackets make the assembly of the ICF wall easy, quick and secure.
